These terms govern Handoff Check, Client Handoff Kit, and Handoff Studio. By installing or using an edition, you accept its license and the applicable Framer Marketplace terms.

Edition licenses.
Client Handoff Kit / Pro
License for one creator and unlimited client projects. The cover may use the creator's brand; the generated footer identifies the DevFlint tool.
Handoff Studio / Agency
License for up to five internal members of the same team and unlimited client projects. Full white-label documents are permitted.
02 / PERMITTED USE
What you may do.

Use the tool on your own or client projects within your edition's scope.

Edit, export, and share generated guides and reports with the relevant client.

Keep backup copies of exports for the corresponding project.

Use generated documents commercially while respecting edition attribution.
03 / RESTRICTIONS
What you may not do.

Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the plugin package.

Share a Pro license across creators or an Agency license outside the authorized team.

Remove attribution when the purchased edition does not include full white-label rights.

Use the tool to access third-party projects or information without authorization.

Circumvent license controls or extract code to create a competing product, except where expressly permitted by law.
04 / OUTPUTS
Output ownership and responsibility.
Users keep any rights they already hold in their projects, brands, content, and data. DevFlint does not claim ownership of guides or reports generated for clients. Users are responsible for reviewing output accuracy, protecting confidential information, and testing a site before publication or delivery.
The tool is an operational aid.
Readiness scores and recommendations are based on detectable structure and user-entered configuration. They are not security, accessibility, SEO, legal compliance, or comprehensive site-quality certifications. Handoff Studio compares API-visible structure and does not perform a complete visual diff.
05 / PLATFORM
Framer and third-party services.
The tools depend on Framer and project permissions. DevFlint does not control platform changes, outages, domains, billing accounts, analytics, forms, or external integrations. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but cannot promise uninterrupted operation when circumstances are outside our control.
06 / PURCHASES
Price, delivery, updates, and refunds.

Prices are shown in US dollars and apply to the edition listed on Framer Marketplace.

A purchase does not include a subscription, DevFlint account, hosting, or unannounced future features.

Available fixes and updates are distributed through Framer's mechanisms.

Payments, taxes, purchase access, and refunds follow applicable Framer Marketplace processes and mandatory consumer law.
07 / WARRANTIES
Warranties and limitation of liability.
The tool is provided as a workflow aid and, except for mandatory legal warranties or express listing commitments, without additional warranties. To the extent allowed, DevFlint is not responsible for later client changes, losses caused by use contrary to instructions, third-party services, or decisions made solely from the score. Total liability for a paid edition claim is limited to the amount paid for that edition; this limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
08 / CHANGES
Changes, effective date, and governing law.
We may update these terms to reflect product, Framer, or legal changes. We will publish the effective date and disclose material changes before applying them to a future version. These terms are interpreted under Mexican law without limiting mandatory consumer rights available in other jurisdictions.
